CHESS has not left theatre stages around the world in 35 years: of all the continents in the world the only one the musical hasn`t been staged on is Antarctica!
CHESS combines completely different genres - from pop-rock and rap to opera and symphonic music. And at the same time, they remain a surprisingly solid and unbreakable work.

Grandiose dynamic scenery weighing more than 50 tons: the action takes place on two levels and the orchestra is seated on the third. Plus:
- 250 square meters of LED and projection screens,
- 200 speaker systems with capacity of 100 kilowatts,
- 500 items of clothing.
And, most importantly - 40 performers and 35 music hits, including One Night in Bangkok and I Know Him So Well.
The story covers three continents of the world - America, Europe and Asia and follows the rivalry of chess players against the backdrop of confrontation between two superpowers - the USSR and the United States. At the same time, CHESS is about the passions inherent to any person – love and hate, loyalty and betrayal, the thirst for recognition and the fear of loneliness.

Come with your family, with your loved ones, with friends: CHESS doesn`t only excite from the first minutes, but also leaves an impression that will stay with you for a long time. There is something to discuss and even argue about after the musical!
The capital is synonymous not only with museums, cathedrals and monuments. Take the big emotions home with you by visiting MDM Theater. First Red Square, then CHESS!
